Our WOMEN’S ONLY Instructor Program is a dynamic, 4-5 days in-person course that equips you to become a Level 1 Certified Self-Defence Instructor, ready to empower women and girls in your community.
During this course, you will:
• Learn to deliver our female-specific curriculum, combining essential physical self-defence techniques with critical non-physical skills like situational awareness, boundary-setting, and verbal strategies.
